Krav Maga ("contact combat" in Hebrew), is the official system of defensive tactics and self-defense used by the Israel Defense Forces, Israeli National and Military Police, and other anti-terror/special forces units in Israel, and has been taught to Law Enforcement agencies across the U.S. Krav Maga is especially suited for the general population as a quick and easy-to-learn street survival system, ideal for the busy person concerned about personal safety, who also is looking for a great workout while having fun!

Krav Maga San Diego is your local authentic, long-term, Israeli-based Krav Maga location. We are the internationally recognized location in California for rank testing and Military and Law Enforcement Instruction certified by the International Krav Maga Federation in Israel.

PLEASE NOTE: Krav Maga San Diego teaches genuine, current, updated Krav Maga from Israel, not a "recreational" OR "aerobics" version of krav maga. When you come to class, you must be willing to work hard to learn well.
