WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR

The State of Israel is the only country worldwide which conscripts it's women for military service. All soldiers in the
Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are required to undergo training in Krav Maga, it's official self-defense and hand-to-hand combat system. Because a potentially dangerous environment exists at all times in Israel,
women soldiers, especially, must be equipped to handle hostile situations, such as physical attack, sexual assault, attempted kidnapping, etc. With limited time for specific training, Krav Maga has proven to be a highly effective, quickly learned and easy-to-retain self-defense system. Students in this seminar will train in strategic exercises for dealing with confrontations, psychological aspects of an attack/sexual assault, environmental awareness, and simulation exercises. This seminar is a lot of fun, as well as a terrific workout, and is a must for those who've said, "I've always wanted to learn how to defend myself and my loved ones."
Please wear comfortable long pants, short sleeved t shirt, sneakers, and no jewelry/watches. Shower/locker room facilities are available, and you can leave a gym bag on the side of the training area.
FIGHTING SEMINAR

Krav Maga San Diego, Inc. is pleased to announce a Fighting Seminar, open to registered, experienced students (or by invitation). Students will participate in tactical and strategic drills for dealing with confrontation, psychological aspects of a fight, multiple attackers, and contact fighting with full protective gear. All activities will be strictly supervised and proper protective equipment is mandatory. Please pick up a "Fighting Protective Gear" handout in class.
A separate Fighting Seminar Registration Form must be filled out; concurrent membership with KMSD is required (Level 2 Students and above only; special invitations excepted).
VEHICLE SEMINAR
Where: Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center When: TBA; 2008 Who: Registered, experienced students (Practitioner 1 or above),
or by invitation.

Discount for those offering vehicle for training.

is pleased to announce a Vehicle Seminar. Students will participate in tactical and strategic scenarios for dealing with conflicts in and around vehicles. These may include: defenses vs. attempted car-jacking; defenses vs. an attacking passenger, while driving; defenses vs. kidnapper who is in the rear seat; kidnapping prevention; tactics and strategies while defending yourself in and around vehicles, including when you have a passenger who may not be able to flee on their own (i.e. small child/elderly).
A separate Vehicle Seminar Registration Form must be filled out and concurrent membership in with
KMSD is required (Practitioner 1 and above only, or by special invitation).
GUN DEFENSE SEMINAR

KMSD students (must have attended at least one full session of Level 1 training); Law Enforcement / Military personnel; or by invitation. Fee:TBA; Discount for Military/LE personnel, and for prior KMSD Gun Defense Seminar
participants.
Krav Maga San Diego, Inc. is pleased to announce a Gun Defense Seminar. Students will participate in tactical and strategic scenarios for dealing with gun threats; psychological aspects of the attacker/defender; and scenario training drills. Training weapons (non-functional) will be utilized. All activities will be strictly supervised.
A separate Gun Defense Seminar Registration Form must be filled out.
MULTIPLE ATTACKER SEMINAR
Where: LFJCC; "Outdoor Classes" location on Calendar Page When: TBA; 2008 Who: Registered, experienced students (Level 2 or above), or by
invitation; students must bring full protective fighting gear.

All activities will be strictly supervised and proper protective equipment is mandatory. Please ask for a "Fighting Protective Gear" handout in class.

"INTRO + BEYOND" KRAV MAGA SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR
Where: LFJCC; "Outdoor Classes" location on Calendar Page When: TBA Who: Level 1 KMSD students; and anyone interested in experiencing the unique training methods of KMSD.

Krav Maga San Diego, Inc. is pleased to announce an Intro and Beyond Krav Maga Self-Defense Seminar, open to all members of the community, KMSD Level 1 students, and above.
We will cover a wide variety of topics, using our unique methodology, which may include: basic defenses vs. common attacks (i.e. chokes, headlocks, bearhugs, etc.); fighting skills; multiple opponents; ground situations; simulations; etc. **Note - this seminar is designed for people with or without experience in training with self-defense tactics.
A separate Intro + Beyond Krav Maga Self-Defense Seminar Registration Form must be filled out; concurrent membership with KMSD is not required; however, KMSD students receive a discount (see above).
IN-WATER KRAV MAGA SEMINAR
Where: La Jolla Shores When: TBA; warm water months in 2008 Who: Krav Maga students with some experience, or by invitation.
